ASAP Pay Rate: $550000.00 - $580000.00 This is a rare opportunity for a dual-degree OMS surgeon with a focus on facial trauma, reconstruction, head & neck/maxillofacial oncology, and microvascular surgery. The practice offers immediate surgical volume, strong APP support, significant autonomy, and opportunities for research. Opportunity Highlights Up to $580,000 Base salary + 50K Sign on Bonus + 10K relocation 2-year salary guarantee, followed by an RVU-based compensation model Realistic earning potential of $,000 once fully productive Approximately 95% OR-based Hospital moving from Level 2 to Level 1 Trauma designation Established referral base and broad reconstructive/oncologic case mix The ideal candidate will be comfortable with:
Craniomaxillofacial trauma and reconstruction Microvascular reconstruction Head & neck/maxillofacial oncology Benign maxillofacial pathology Ablative surgery Schedule & Call Initial call expectation of 710 days/month, with a long-term goal of approximately 1 week/month (1:4) APPs manage first call and trauma triage Trauma service is primarily consultative Live Where Others Vacation Enjoy an exceptional coastal lifestyle with beaches, boating, fishing, surfing, cycling, running, excellent dining, arts and culture, and family-friendly communities.
