Duties

• Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students
• Create a positive learning environment
• Assess student progress and provide feedback
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (e.g., Education, Psychology, or a specific subject area)
• Teaching certification or relevant experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience and the ability to work well with diverse groups of students
• Knowledge of instructional strategies and assessment techniques
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
• Flexibility to adapt to changing educational needs and priorities

The position covers 4 classes daily, 8 - 12. Small school, family-type environment. Maximum class size of 15 students.
