Speech Pathologist, Elementary School
A full-time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in an elementary school setting, serving K‑5th grade students. This contract position begins as soon as possible and extends through June 4, 2026. The role involves providing therapeutic support to a caseload of approximately 45 students, helping them develop and improve their communication skills in a supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to elementary students (grades K‑5)
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting
- Valid state licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist
- Experience working with elementary school‑aged children, preferably K‑5
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence‑based therapy methods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45 students efficiently
