Qualifications:
- Current North Carolina Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) license or certification
- Experience leading instruction for visually impaired students, ideally in a school setting
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to adjust teaching methods to accommodate a range of learning needs
- Deliver tailored educational support and instruction for 20-23 visually impaired students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with other teaching staff, families, and support personnel
