Note:
Temporary hourly employees are paid bi-weekly on an hourly basis, temporary salaried employees monthly. Temporary positions are not eligible for state sponsored benefits but may qualify for ACA coverage depending on employment terms.
- Management of gym space, fit lab, and student commons area for class, intramural sports, and student use.
- Prepare and set up equipment for evening classes as needed.
- Check-out and upkeep of equipment for student use.
- Building oversight.
- Work schedule typically 20 hours per week during afternoons and evenings, Monday-Thursday, during the current academic year (term starting 8/17/26).
The ability to follow written and verbal instruction; the ability to perform medium to heavy physical work; the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; and the ability to work effectively with others.
Minimum QualificationsGraduation from high school or an equivalent combination of training and experience is preferred.
Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience preferred.
