OVERVIEW: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and fostering a positive learning environment for students. This role requires strong communication skills, a commitment to student success, and the ability to engage learners effectively.

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate discussions to enhance student understanding.
• Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and evaluations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve instructional strategies and share best practices.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

• A degree from a recognized university is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
• Previous teaching or instructional experience is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools for instruction.
