• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid SLP license in North Carolina
• SLP-CCC or clinical fellowship (SLP-CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous school-based experience beneficial, but not required
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to K12 students in alignment with each students IEPs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Document progress, maintain thorough records, and contribute to eligibility and IEP meetings
• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to campus initiatives
