This multifaceted role goes beyond assessments-become a vital resource for student eligibility reviews, crisis intervention, and collaboration with the MTSS team to address diverse student needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in School Psychology
• Current or pending School Psychologist license through the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI)
• Licensed Psychological Associate credential

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience supporting K-12 school-aged children
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to foster relationships across various school teams
• Familiarity with crisis response, student assessments, and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) methodologies

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students
• Work collaboratively with educational staff, families, and support teams
• Provide expertise in eligibility determinations for special education services
• Deliver crisis intervention and participate in school-wide prevention efforts
• Support the social-emotional well-being and academic progress of students district-wide
