Job Description
This is a regular 10-month contract with full benefits effective the school year.
By Board Policy 7440, a teacher must remain in his or her school for three school years.

: NC Teacher Salary Scale plus local Board approved supplement. (See chart below)
- 0-4 years:
Monthly $700 (Annual $7,000); HTF Monthly $900 (Annual $9,000) - 5-9 years:
Monthly $750 (Annual $7,500); HTF Monthly $950 (Annual $9,500) - 10-14 years:
Monthly $850 (Annual $8,500); HTF Monthly $1,050 (Annual $10,500) - 15-19 years:
Monthly $900 (Annual $9,000); HTF Monthly $1,100 (Annual $11,000) - 20-24 years:
Monthly $950 (Annual $9,500); HTF Monthly $1,150 (Annual $11,500) - 25+ years:
Monthly $1,000 (Annual $10,000); HTF Monthly $1,200 (Annual $12,000)
