Job Title: Teacher

Reports To: Principal

Contract Length: 195 Days

Primary Role: A TMSA EC Teacher ensures that students with disabilities receive high-quality, individualized instruction and support aligned with IEPs and 504 plans in a virtual environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• NC EC Teaching License
• Travel may be required between offices.

• Develops and implements IEPs and accommodations
• Provides direct and indirect instructional support
• Collaborates with general education teachers
• Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations
• Supports assistive technology and differentiated instruction
• Participates in MTSS and student support processes
• Communicates with families and service providers
• Other duties assigned by the Principal

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $62,500 to $75,750 Per Year

• At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Master degree preferred.
