Responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the College of Health Sciences assessment and program evaluation system.

• Develop and maintain standardized assessment frameworks across all programs.
• Provide faculty and program support to strengthen assessment capacity and quality assurance.
• Analyze assessment data to inform strategic planning, decision‑making, and accreditation activities.
• Lead programmatic assessment initiatives and report on outcomes to the Dean’s leadership team.

• Master’s degree required; earned doctorate or terminal degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in higher education.
• Demonstrated leadership and experience in graduate program administration and assessment.
• Expertise in assessment frameworks, quality improvement, and data‑driven decision making.

• Experience in a health sciences or interdisciplinary academic environment.
• Familiarity with accreditation bodies such as CCNE, CSWE, ACOTE.
• Experience leading faculty development in assessment and building assessment systems.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and learning management systems.
• Record of scholarship in assessment, education, or outcomes research.
