Location: Pembroke
Assistant Dean for Assessment and Program Outcomes - 3592
Responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the College of Health Sciences assessment and program evaluation system.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain standardized assessment frameworks across all programs.
- Provide faculty and program support to strengthen assessment capacity and quality assurance.
- Analyze assessment data to inform strategic planning, decision‑making, and accreditation activities.
- Lead programmatic assessment initiatives and report on outcomes to the Dean’s leadership team.
- Master’s degree required; earned doctorate or terminal degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in higher education.
- Demonstrated leadership and experience in graduate program administration and assessment.
- Expertise in assessment frameworks, quality improvement, and data‑driven decision making.
- Experience in a health sciences or interdisciplinary academic environment.
- Familiarity with accreditation bodies such as CCNE, CSWE, ACOTE.
- Experience leading faculty development in assessment and building assessment systems.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and learning management systems.
- Record of scholarship in assessment, education, or outcomes research.
