• Experience: A minimum of 5–10 years of professional success in industrial environments (Automated Manufacturing, Electrical Systems, Robotics, or related fields).
• Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Systems, or a related engineering field.
• Prior experience in training, mentoring, or lead-person roles.
• Familiarity with modern learning technology (we will train the right candidate).
