Environment, Health and Safety Manager

Duration: 12 + Months Contract/Temp with the possibility of extension

Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

We are seeking an experienced EHS Orientation Trainer to deliver engaging, safety-focused onboarding programs that prepare new hires for success from day one. This role is critical in promoting a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across our organization.

• Facilitate onboarding and orientation training sessions (classroom and hands-on).
• Develop and update training materials, manuals, and presentations to align with OSHA standards and company policies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with department leaders and training coordinators to tailor programs to specific roles.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with OSHA and internal requirements.

• OSHA 30 Authorized Trainer (Construction) certification (required)
• 3–5 years of classroom training delivery experience
• 3–5 years of training content development experience
• 1–2 years of hands-on training experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to different learning styles

• Experienced Trainer in one or more of the following areas:
  Fall Protection;
  Confined Space;
  Forklift / Rough Terrain; CPR / First Aid / AED;
  Fire Extinguisher Safety;
  Electrical Safety (NFPA 70E)
