Oak Grove Technologies, LLC, a leader in innovative educational services and strategic communications, is seeking an experienced FPV (First Person View) Drone Pilot/Instructor to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for a highly skilled drone pilot who is passionate about teaching and advancing drone technology capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs, developing curriculum, and providing hands-on instruction to a diverse range of students.

With a focus on safety, precision, and cutting-edge technology, this position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of drone operations in educational and commercial settings.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver comprehensive FPV drone training programs.
  • Conduct classroom-based and in-field instruction sessions.
  • Develop training materials and curricula based on the latest drone technology trends.
  • Assess trainee performance, providing constructive feedback and personalized coaching.
  • Maintain and update drone equipment and simulators.
  • Ensure all training activities are conducted in compliance with industry safety standards.
  • Collaborate with industry experts to integrate new technologies into training programs.
  • Participate in educational conferences and workshops to stay updated with educational standards and innovations.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in operating multi-rotor and fixed-wing drones.
  • Strong instructional and presentation skills.
