This is a regional position based in Asheville, NC with territories throughout the western regions of North Carolina. It is expected that the person chosen for this position will live within the geographic region from which they recruit. It is expected that travel to the main campus (Cullowhee, NC) will occur up to twice a semester (fall, spring, and summer) for meetings and large recruitment events.

This position requires weekly travel in addition to limited evening and weekend work. Work will be identified based in regions of North Carolina, identified by the institution. This position will be in Cullowhee for all Open House and other recruiting events as needed, as well as up to one day per academic semester (Fall, Spring, Summer). This position will identify and cultivate relationships with high school counselors, community college counselors, as well as community-based organization (CBO's) leaders.
