• Hold a valid North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license.
• Earned CCC or are completing CFY.
• Previous experience working in school settings, preferably with elementary students.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Skilled in creating and implementing effective therapy plans.
• Comfortable with IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation.
• A team-player attitude with adaptability and problem-solving skills.

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary school students.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Maintain thorough records of student progress and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
• Conduct screenings and evaluations to identify students in need of services.
• Support and guide students toward achieving their communication goals in classroom and school settings.
