• Designs engaging activities by applying sound principles of Child Development to meet the diverse needs of every student.
• Creates and implements effective Lesson Planning strategies that balance academic support with fun, recreational experiences.
• Maintains a positive and structured environment through proactive Classroom Management techniques that encourage good choices and mutual respect.
• Adapts learning materials and activities using Differentiated Instruction to support unique learning styles and paces.
• Builds strong partnerships with families through regular and transparent Parent Communication regarding student progress and daily activities.
• Tracks student growth and group dynamics through ongoing Student Assessment to refine programs and address individual needs.

• Holds a high school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in education, child development, or a related field preferred.
• Completes ongoing professional development hours as required by state and local licensing regulations.

• Brings at least one year of experience working with school-age children in a formal educational or childcare setting.
• Demonstrates success in running group activities and managing classroom behaviors.

• Possesses a deep understanding of Child Development milestones for school-age children.
• Executes creative Lesson Planning that keeps older children interested and motivated.
• Applies firm and fair Classroom Management skills to ensure a safe space.
• Tailors lessons using Differentiated Instruction to include all learners.
• Communicates clearly and warmly through effective Parent Communication

• Holds current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Speaks an additional language to support diverse family backgrounds.

• Stands
