Special Education Teacher (Adaptive Curriculum) leading instructional design and delivery for elementary students with diverse learning needs. This 36-week contract in Bethel, NC offers competitive compensation and the chance to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement adaptive curriculum strategies tailored to diverse elementary education needs

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student development and progress

  • Provide individualized instruction to students requiring specialized educational approaches

  • Monitor and assess student performance, adjusting instructional methods accordingly

  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with parents and staff

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field, or equivalent qualification

  • Valid teaching certification in North Carolina with special education credentials

  • Minimum 1 year of specialized education experience

  • Ability to work with students requiring adaptive instructional strategies

  • Strong communication skills

  • Pass background checks

  • Flexibility, patience, and dedicated approach to student development
