Location: Belews Creek
Duke Energy’s Belews Creek coal plant in North Carolina seeks a Plant Operator to manage start‑up, shutdown, and normal operations of all equipment, following emergency procedures and site safety rules to protect personnel and assets.
You will perform maintenance, troubleshoot and calibrate equipment, monitor performance, and report variances. The role requires rotating 12‑hour shifts, PPE readiness, passing respiratory and safety tests, and completing required training such as POSS or MASS.
