As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the planning, design, and implementation of water/wastewater, linear, and civil/site projects. Your technical expertise, leadership abilities, and project management skills will be crucial in ensuring the successful execution of municipal water/wastewater engineering projects. Asheville's team has a strong backlog and immediate need for someone who enjoys mentoring junior staff while making a difference in local communities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• PE licensure or the ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire preferred.
• Municipal experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
