Maintenance Reliability Engineer

We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager & Reliability Engineer to lead maintenance operations in our USDA/FDA-regulated food manufacturing facility. This role drives equipment uptime, reliability, compliance, and team development in a fast-paced, high‑performance environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop maintenance supervisors and technicians

• Oversee corrective, preventive & predictive maintenance for 24/7 operations

• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards (LOTO, confined space, hot work, etc.)

• Drive rapid response to equipment issues while minimizing downtime

• Manage CMMS accuracy, work orders, and compliance tracking

• Implement RCM strategies and perform root‑cause analysis

• Improve OEE, MTBF, and MTTR through data-driven reliability initiatives

• Oversee refrigeration, utilities, and facility infrastructure

• Manage maintenance and capital budgets, equipment installations, and contractors

• Optimize spare parts inventory and plant reliability programs

What We’re Looking For:

✓ Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)

✓ 7+ years maintenance leadership experience in food manufacturing or CPG

✓ Proven success in high‑speed production environments

✓ Strong technical, organizational, and leadership capability

✓ Advanced computer skills
