The Contribution You'll bring to this Role:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in a fast-paced, engineered-to-order (ETO), project-based manufacturing environment. This role sits at the intersection of sales, engineering, operations, and the customer, and is responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective custom hazmat storage buildings.

This is a hands-on leadership position, requiring active engagement with the company's products, processes, and people to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business. The Engineering Manager will provide both technical direction and managerial oversight to a team of engineers and drafters while collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Compliance departments to deliver high-quality, customized storage solutions.

* Establish and enforce engineering standards, processes, and best practices

* Sales & Pre-Engineering Collaboration

* Partner with sales to support quoting and proposal development

* Review RFQs and customer requirements for feasibility

* Provide conceptual designs and technical input

* Identify risks early and balance speed vs. accuracy

* Prevent scope creep

* Project Execution & Lifecycle Ownership

* Oversee engineering deliverables from concept through production
