The Project Electrician will focus on new construction projects and support projects mill wide. The role involves specifying and implementing electrical solutions in non‑production areas, using sound electrical principles and design software to interpret schematics safely and accurately. The Engineer will be responsible for specifying, estimating, quoting and implementing new projects, and may be required to work nights and weekends depending on project needs.

• 2 years industrial electrical experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Understanding and application of the National Electrical Code
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

• 4 or more years of industrial electrical experience
• 2‑ or 4‑year engineering or technical degree
• Experience leading a team
• Prior experience in the steel industry
• Prior experience in the electrical construction industry
• Understanding of copper & fiber optic network requirements
• Understanding of building codes
