Location: Wake Crossroads
The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality is seeking a Geologist/Hydrogeologist to manage the assessment and remediation of hazardous waste sites. Responsibilities include reviewing risk-based remedies and providing training to environmental consultants.
This position requires a bachelor's degree in geology or a related field. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and eligibility for public service loan forgiveness. Candidates with advanced knowledge of hazardous substances are strongly preferred.
