Micross Components is seeking a knowledgeable, self-motivated Process Engineer to support advanced packaging processing and process development for silicon interposer fabrication, TSV fabrication, wafer bumping and micro-bumping, and package assembly. You will work on thin film deposition, photolithography, and related wet/dry processes in our microfabrication facility.
