- Lead functional safety audits of Safety Control Systems (SCS) for compliance with ISO 13849-1 and ANSI B11.
- Identify safety non-conformities and design/implement countermeasures to achieve required Performance Levels and control categories.
- Review, modify, and troubleshoot Safety PLC logic, electrical schematics, and safety circuits.
- Manage and technically oversee third-party validation consultants, project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Requires 5+ years of functional safety/industrial automation experience, TÜV FSE or equivalent certification, and Safety PLC expertise.
