Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary for this role is $82,000 (bachelor’s degree) with a one-time $6,000 signing bonus or $90,000 (master’s degree) with a one-time $12,000 signing bonus.

This two-year rotational program consists of two unique 12—month assignments. This development program will provide you with the opportunity to design the world’s next intelligent power management solutions and bring them to life. Throughout the program, you will build your leadership aptitude and technical depth in critical and strategic focus areas.

The Early Career Leadership Development Program:
Engineering Technology - Mechanical Design track will provide exposure to projects in creative design and development of various Eaton products. Assignments will be supporting a specific business unit/product line within Eaton’s Electrical, Mobility, or Aerospace teams to gain exposure to mechanical design from project initiation through manufacturing launch. Participants will work closely with Engineering leaders and cross-functionally gain exposure to Marketing, Sales, and Operations functions through project teams.
