The Industrial Engineer will manage product costing, routing, and process standards systems while leading efforts to improve production methods and incentive-based pay structures. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with HR, IT, and Facilities to drive continuous improvement and provide data-driven process recommendations.
Requirements: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent experience, along with at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles are required, while experience with AS400 is considered a plus.
