The Principal Engineer provides senior-level technical leadership and oversight for multidisciplinary MEP engineering teams on complex projects. They are responsible for ensuring designs meet regulatory standards and client expectations while mentoring junior engineers.
Requirements: Candidates must be a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a bachelor's or master's degree and 10-15 years of experience in engineering design. A minimum of 7 years of progressive MEP engineering experience focusing on building systems design is required.
