What You’ll Do:- Respond to fire, medical, and hazardous materials emergencies
- Perform fire prevention inspections and safety training
- Work in a fast‑paced, high‑tech industrial environment
Entry‑level starting at $21.00 per hour (base annual salary $43,680). Built‑in overtime estimated at $26,208. Opportunity to earn up to $69,888 annually.

Schedule24‑hour shifts. 0800‑0800. 24 on / 24 off / 24 on / 24 off / 24 on / 96 off cycle. New firehouse in operation March 2025.
Essential Job Functions- Understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
- Follow Emergency Action and Communication Plans.
- Complete incident reports as required.
- Respond to all fire/medical/security/hazmat/threat situations according to protocols.
- Perform routine daily/weekly/monthly inspections on fire alarm, suppression, and security equipment.
- Physically inspect all fire suppression systems, including sprinklers, manual and automatic alarms, fire panels, and standpipe hoses.
- Perform daily inspections on apparatus, security vehicles, and emergency response equipment.
- Patrol facilities for fire or building code violations and report to supervisor.
- Act as a weather spotter and monitor weather alerts.
- Approve and inspect all hot works and confined space permits.
- Participate in daily training on emergency response.
- Maintain compliance with personal certifications.
- Demonstrate experience managing multiple tasks and performing in a high‑pressure environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum age 18, high school diploma or GED.
- Certified Fire 1 and 2.
- EMR or EMT certified.
- Current driver’s license.
- Hazmat operations certification.
- Pass NFPA 1582 physical examination.
- Pass criminal background check and drug test.
- Technology skills: access control, incident reporting software, security software, email.
- Strong customer service skills, professional demeanor, and appearance.
- Experience managing multiple tasks and communications in a high‑pressure environment.
- Above‑average written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with client staff and the public.
- Industrial firefighter experience.
- Hazardous Materials Technician.
- NIMS Training 100, 200, 700, 800.
