You’ll support clients in protecting their homes, cars, and families—while building a career that feels as stable as the coverage you help provide.

What You'll Actually DoYou’ll manage your own book of business, acting as the first point of contact for clients who value personal service (because they’ve had the other kind).You’ll:

Handle renewals, policy changes, payments, and client requests with professionalism—and a little personality

Know when to quote again, when to push back with a carrier, and when someone just needs a quick confirmation to sleep better at night

Follow up before people expect it and anticipate questions before they’re asked

Stay on top of expiration reports and policy timelines without needing reminders

Partner with Client Associates and Account Executives to deliver a polished client experience, every time

Help round accounts when it makes sense—because umbrella policies and coastal coverage don’t sell themselves

Step in during claims and messy life moments as a calm, confident guide who knows the ropes

You’ll Thrive in This Role If…You’re licensed in North Carolina P&C and have 1+ years of personal lines experience

You’ve used EPIC (or similar), and Outlook is basically your command center

You can explain a deductible to someone’s grandma and untangle a declaration page without blinking

You’re organized, composed, and low-drama—even when there’s a hurricane or last-minute renewal

You like improving processes, not just following them

You believe a well-written email is a form of art and you’re not afraid of the phone
