As a Director of Music (Part Time), you will be an integral part of the Arts and Cultural Department, supporting community programs and musical initiatives. * + Develop and lead musical programs and performances aligned with organizational goals

+ Coordinate with community partners and artists to foster engaging musical experiences

+ Oversee rehearsals, performances, and related events ensuring high-quality standards

+ Manage and mentor musicians and volunteers involved in various projects

+ Assist in planning and executing outreach initiatives to promote musical activities

* + Proven experience in music direction, conducting, or related roles

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
