As a Director of Music (Part Time), you will be an integral part of the Arts and Cultural Department, supporting community programs and musical initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, which will enable you to thrive and make a meaningful impact within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Develop and lead musical programs and performances aligned with organizational goals
• Coordinate with community partners and artists to foster engaging musical experiences
• Oversee rehearsals, performances, and related events ensuring high-quality standards
• Manage and mentor musicians and volunteers involved in various projects
• Assist in planning and executing outreach initiatives to promote musical activities

• Proven experience in music direction, conducting, or related roles
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and community members
• Knowledge of musical repertoire and performance techniques
