Palace Pointe is a family-owned entertainment destination located in Roxboro, North Carolina. Our facility features RCE Theaters, Thunder Lanes bowling, roller skating, arcade games, axe throwing, Nexus Gel Blaster, billiards, and Crazy Dragon & Tavern restaurant — all under one roof. We host hundreds of birthday parties, group outings, and celebrations each year and pride ourselves on creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Palace Pointe is seeking an Event and Party Supervisor to lead and coordinate Palace Events, birthday parties, group events, and celebrations at our entertainment center.

This role ensures that every party runs smoothly from start to finish by overseeing setup, managing party hosts, coordinating with different attractions, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Supervise and coordinate birthday parties and group events
• Manage party hosts and event staff during scheduled events
• Oversee party room setup including decorations, seating, and supplies
• Ensure attractions (bowling, skating, arcade, etc.) are properly scheduled for parties
• Communicate with guests to ensure their event expectations are met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of party areas
• Troubleshoot issues and adapt quickly during events
• Help create a fun and memorable experience for guests and families

• Experience in hospitality, event planning, customer service, or entertainment venues preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and energetic personality
