Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 / hour

What You'll Own
  • Deliver a professional, warm, and efficient client experience from check-in to checkout
  • Manage high-volume phone lines
    , appointment scheduling, and hospital flow with precision
  • Accurately maintain electronic medical records (EMR), including client, patient, and financial data
  • Serve as a communication hub between clients and the medical team to ensure continuity of care
  • Process payments, review invoices, and confidently explain services and treatment plans
  • Support prescription requests, food orders, and retail coordination
  • Assist in gathering patient histories and verifying vaccine/test status
  • Triage incoming calls and situations, identifying urgent or emergent cases with sound judgment
  • Maintain organization and efficiency at the front desk in a high-demand clinical environment
What We’re Looking For
  • 1+ year of experience in a client-facing, healthcare, or medical office setting preferred (veterinary experience strongly preferred, but not required for the right candidate)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage workflow in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong working knowledge of computer systems, scheduling software, and data entry accuracy
  • Exceptional communication skills—clear, compassionate, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and proactive under pressure
  • Team-first mindset with a commitment to supporting both clients and colleagues
  • Availability to work four 10-hour shifts per week on a rotating schedule. This position is weekday-only
    - no weekends required
