Dexian is assisting a plastics manufacturing client in the Crouse, NC area. This position will report to the Finance Director.
Key Responsibilities- Perform financial analysis including P&L, cash flow, and cost accounting
- Manage product costing, margin analysis, and pricing support
- Oversee cost center accounting, ERP rate calculations, and variance analysis
- Conduct inventory valuations, variance reviews, and support physical counts
- Analyze sales trends, market data, and pricing opportunities
- Develop and automate advanced Excel-based reports and financial models
- Prepare management reporting, forecasts, and support annual budgeting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control
- 2-3 years of Accounting/Finance experience
