Part Time Customer Services and Finance Officer

18.5 hours per week, fixed term 12 months – a job share role performed in the latter part of the week.

• Manage subsistence payments.
• Resolve queries from beneficiaries and internal stakeholders.
• Check and pay invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of payments and correspondence.
• Support the No Recourse to Public Funds team with administrative tasks as needed.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of business support systems and procedures.
• Experience in a finance or customer service environment (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing payments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

This role is subject to a Standard DBS Check.
