Review all new loan boardings to bank core for loan information integrity.

Assign and clear appropriate exceptions based upon quality assurance and compliance reviews.

Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering federal regulations and guidelines, internal bank policies, and complete annual training requirements.

Review loans for HMDA eligibility and prepare annual HMDA-LAR filing.

Review all new closed loan packages to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Review all file maintenance performed to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and integrity to bank core.

Conduct internal reviews of operational processes to ensure compliance with regulations (UCC, TRID, RESPA, ECOA, E-SIGN, HMDA, CRA, Fair Lending, MLA, SCRA, and NMLS)

Assist the Loan Compliance Officer with preparing quarterly Loan Compliance Board information.

Assist the Loan Compliance Officer with compliance review of marketing collateral and consumer loan rate sheet.

Assist the Loan Compliance Officer and Loan Operations Manager with compliance components of all lending related bank platforms.

Stay abreast with upcoming regulatory changes as it relates to Lending.

Minimum education level of HS diploma or equivalent.

At least 4 years of experience at a bank or financial institution with lending operations or loan compliance preferred.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook).

Precise attention to detail.
