Description Loan Servicing
- Review all new loan boardings to bank core for loan information integrity.
- Assign and clear appropriate exceptions based upon quality assurance and compliance reviews.
- Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering federal regulations and guidelines, internal bank policies, and complete annual training requirements.
- Review loans for HMDA eligibility and prepare annual HMDA-LAR filing.
- Review all new closed loan packages to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Review all file maintenance performed to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and integrity to bank core.
- Conduct internal reviews of operational processes to ensure compliance with regulations (UCC, TRID, RESPA, ECOA, E-SIGN, HMDA, CRA, Fair Lending, MLA, SCRA, and NMLS)
- Assist the Loan Compliance Officer with preparing quarterly Loan Compliance Board information.
- Assist the Loan Compliance Officer with compliance review of marketing collateral and consumer loan rate sheet.
- Assist the Loan Compliance Officer and Loan Operations Manager with compliance components of all lending related bank platforms.
- Stay abreast with upcoming regulatory changes as it relates to Lending.
- Minimum education level of HS diploma or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience at a bank or financial institution with lending operations or loan compliance preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook).
- Precise attention to detail.
- Team player with ability to work independently
