Responsibilities
- Become a Retail Personal Banker I after completing a 4-8 week on-boarding and education program
- Use consultative sales process to meet financial needs of customers
- Maintain focus on acquiring new households and deepening existing customer relationships
- Process teller transactions and work as a member of the platform staff
- Accountable for customer experience and adhering to policies and procedures
- Achieve results by managing and reporting risks of all types
- College degree or work experience providing transferable skills
- Experience in the financial industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities
- Understanding of advanced math functions
- Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in appearance and communication
- Develop a working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures
- S.A.F.E. Act registration required at the time of employment
