What your future day will look like:- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for the manufacturing facility.
- Partner with plant leadership to analyze operational performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee product costing, inventory analysis, and cost management initiatives to improve profitability.
- Support capital investments, continuous improvement projects, and operational decision-making through financial analysis.
- Ensure accurate month-end close activities, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Provide leadership and guidance to plant finance resources while collaborating with corporate finance, supply chain, and operations teams.

Type:
Direct Hire
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or plant controlling
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, cost drivers, inventory management, and financial planning processes
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with ERP experience; SAP preferred
- Proven ability to partner with plant leadership and influence operational performance through financial insights
- CMA certification, CCH Tagetik experience, and Lean manufacturing exposure are highly desirable
