Job Summary:

Perform daily property revenue audits, cash summaries, exception reports, worksheets for journal entries, and related revenue reports for management. This includes reconciling, analyzing, recording, calculating, summarizing data for all food outlets, hotel, retail, gaming and cashiering operations. Safeguard tribal assets by monitoring internal control policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Endorse the business objectives, ethics and values of Caesars Entertainment in accordance with the Code of Commitment and Mission, Vision and Values
  • Match paperwork from casino floor, cage and outlets with SDS and other system reports
  • Perform assigned audits in accordance with checklists or other instructions and procedures
  • Determine nature of variances and exceptions, investigate and generate reports
  • Provide information for Daily Revenue report
  • Provide customers with copies of W2-G's and win loss statements when requested
  • Complete worksheets to calculate revenue, tax liabilities and settlements
  • Produce comp reports
  • Communicates both written and orally with affiliated departments on variances, statistics and exceptions to policy and procedures
  • Operate Kodak scanning and Onbase data system to reconcile jackpot and fill slips generated to SDS reports
  • Investigate discrepancies
  • Generate and distribute various reports for management
  • Review, reconcile, and analyze various documents to ensure proper internal and external policies and procedures are being followed at all times
  • Prepare, review and revise CTRs, to insure 100% compliance with Title 31
  • Cross-reference SDS and CMS reports to verify proper issuance of required W2-Gs
  • Monitor Automated Key Dispenser and perform monthly key log audits to insure that employees have proper key access and that keys are issued and returned properly
  • Proficiency in CMS, LMS, EMS, SDS, STC, Timeworks and Win Net functions
  • Complete spreadsheets for daily journal entries
  • Prepare and send daily reports to Gaming Commission
  • Reconcile and audit Table Game paperwork to CMS system
  • Prepare billing for external hotels
  • Monitor progressive meters
  • Coordination between audits to reconcile and finalize audit
  • Participating member of the team by volunteering and being involved in projects, committees, and task forces by providing input and suggestions
  • Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies/procedures in an ethical manner

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

Must demonstrate the following essential knowledge and skills:

  • Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Accounting software knowledge
  • Possess good mathematical and clerical aptitude
  • Willing to learn and to be adaptable
  • Neat, professional appearance with excellent personal hygiene
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
