As a Senior Sales & Service Representative at First Citizens Bank, you will support sales and service delivery in the branch. You will build and expand banking relationships through proactive customer outreach and service requests. Responsible for fulfilling deposit accounts, payment solutions, digital access products, and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner. You will adapt to the branch needs, providing customer service in both transaction processing and sales roles.

High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of sales or customer service experience; or 6 months at First Citizens Bank in a support role; or participation in a career development program.

Preferred Education:

Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Experience:

Telephone sales.

Skills:

Structured sales process, financial literacy, knowledge of retail banking products and services.
