** Automotive F&I experience is a MUST.

* ** MUST HAVE previous automotive F&I experience
*** Have a proven track record of strong F&I performance
* Know how to structure and close deals
* Understand automotive financing, lending, and F&I products
* Can confidently present VSC, GAP, and other protection products
* Have strong lender relationships and understand how to build new ones
* Understand dealership, lender, state, and federal compliance
* Know how to maximize profitability

* Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to keep deals moving
* Deliver a smooth, professional customer experience
* Build and maintain strong lender relationships
