Position: Program Analyst (SOCOM)
Location: Liberty

Culmen International is seeking a Program Analyst for USSOCOM support at Fort Bragg / Fort Liberty, NC. The Program Analyst will provide overall management, leadership, and oversight for contract execution in support of USSOCOM requirements.

Program Support Tasks

Strategic planning and resource planning
Contract deliverables and administration
Quality assurance development and reporting
Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) review
Strategic resource planning support (e.g., POM submissions, spend plans)
Budget execution support, including funding document processing and invoice review
Technical and application assessment support

Program Analyst Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, analyzing, and evaluating government contracts
Assists with monitoring, measuring, and reporting on overall contractual requirements and performance
Delivers expertise to facilitate the development of initial assessments, initiative design documents and monitoring of program and activities
Ensures contract administrative duties, deliverables, objectives, and quality of contract are executed
Reviews, manages, and ensures timely submission of all CDRLs and deliverables
Executes and monitors contractual management requirements
Identifies risks and implements mitigation strategies
Supports program reviews, briefings, and stakeholder engagements
