Part‑time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Thrive More
Do you have a passion for healthcare and want to make a difference in someone’s life? This role is part of the Ardenwoods Community located in Arden, NC and is a first shift position for experienced part‑time CNA.
Base Pay Range$17.25/hr – $24.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience – speak with recruiter).
Schedule- 8 hour shift
- Part‑time (7 am – 3 pm)
- Weekend availability required
- Provides a variety of personal care services to meet the care needs of residents, including bathing, dressing, eating, ambulation, oral care, hair and nail care, elimination needs, shaving, and application of makeup.
- Assists residents in maintaining personal dignity and control of their life, consistent with facility policies and regulatory rules.
- Takes and records temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure according to instructions.
- Observes and reports immediately any physical and/or behavioral changes in resident to the Assisted Living Coordinator.
- Administers medications and treatments to residents according to doctor’s orders, at times specified, and charts immediately after administration.

- CNA Certified
- Work history in caring for older adults preferred
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Completed high school or GED equivalent
- English language ability to satisfy communication and record‑keeping requirements
- Neat, well‑groomed appearance adhering to the facility dress code
- Meets all licensing and certification requirements for this position
- Ability to safely perform all essential job functions without harm to self or others
- Compliance with facility’s drug testing and substance‑abuse program and policies
