We are excited to be working with a highly regarded, privately owned small-animal hospital in the Charlotte, NC area that has recently expanded into a brand-new, purpose-built facility. This practice is well known for its exceptional client experience, strong medical standards, and a genuinely supportive culture where veterinarians can focus on practicing high-quality medicine—without chaos, burnout, or unrealistic caseload expectations.
The hospital operates with a 5:1 support staff-to-doctor ratio, giving you true clinical support, smooth workflows, and the ability to leave on time. Their team includes Fear Free Certified veterinarians, experienced technicians, and a knowledgeable leadership group led by an on-site CVPM and seasoned team leads who ensure operations run efficiently.
Inside the new building, you’ll find an open, bright, and spacious environment with 15 exam rooms (many with windows), digital radiology, full in-house labs, two Class IV therapy lasers, digital dental radiography, a stocked central pharmacy, ultrasound capabilities (with both in-house equipment and a consulting ultrasonographer), and consulting surgeons available for orthopedic and advanced soft-tissue procedures. Paperless Avimark records, strong administrative support, and excellent systems help you focus on patient care—not paperwork.
The schedule prioritizes work-life balance, including built-in long weekends and minimal Saturdays, to allow for time to fully rest and recharge.
If you’re looking for a practice where you will be valued, respected, supported, and able to thrive clinically while maintaining a great quality of life, this is a fantastic opportunity.
