The X-Ray/Lab Tech is responsible for providing age-specific care, education, imaging procedures, and lab services in collaboration with the healthcare team. The role involves working within safety standards and regulatory requirements, participating in quality control and performance improvement activities, and maintaining clinical competency and mandatory education requirements.

• Completion of an accredited program in radiologic technology.
• Certification/registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
• Current CPR certification; BCLS certification within 30 days of hire if not already certified.
• Ability to demonstrate high emotional and mental tolerance, tact, sensitivity, and professionalism.
• Knowledge of patient assessment, treatment techniques, and operation of medical equipment.
• Understanding of hospital emergency policies, fire safety, disaster response, and infection control.
• Excellent communication and administrative skills.
