Amivie - - - Responsibilities:
Provide Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) as assigned in the care plan;
Report deviations in an individual's functional or medical condition to appropriate agency personnel;
Follow the assigned schedule and care plan for each individual;
Demonstrate competence with assigned tasks (ADLs/IADLs) and perform tasks in line with the plan of care;
Assist with mobility, transfers, and other tasks such as bathing, dressing, eating, and monitoring vital signs as needed
