Role

Summary:

Scheduling appointments and registering patients to support the clinical practice. Provide excellent customer service and complete a variety of duties associated with daily operations. Provide backup support for Practice Specialist I.

• High School diploma or GED.
• One year experience in a customer service role or healthcare setting. Two years of experience in a customer service role or healthcare setting.
• Experience working with practice management software including scheduling and registration.
